Ramazan is just around the corner and I am gearing up for the month long abstinence, submission and indulgence. For me Ramazan has always been a time when I end up eating most unhealthily, but this year I plan to do it right. Given that I haven’t been very successful in shedding much of the fat that I put on during pregnancy, i have decided to watch what I eat during this month. I have created some recipes that are high on protein and fiber and low on carbs. I will be sharing these with you soon.
